We process the data you provide for the following purposes:
- handling enquiries you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp
- providing the professional services commissioned
- sending commercial communications (only with prior consent)
3. Legal basis
- the data subject's consent for enquiries and subscriptions
- performance of a contract for the provision of professional services
- the controller's legitimate interest in the technical security of the website
4. Access data and fonts
When you visit, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested file, browser identifier) to deliver and secure the site; logs are deleted after a short period. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google LLC (USA) (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This website uses neither cookies nor tracking.
5. Retention period
Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities arising from that purpose and processing.
6. Recipients
Data is not passed on to third parties unless required by law or necessary for service provision (e.g. hosting provider or tax advisor). WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; its privacy policy applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right to confirmation as to whether we process your personal data, as well as the rights to:
- access, rectification and erasure
- restriction of processing and objection
- data portability
To exercise these rights, simply email mlo@newways.consulting enclosing a copy of your ID document as proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).
